Friday June 7th:
TEMC Team Camp kicks off with a 46 miles ride leaving from the Bentonville square at 4pm to the Safari and Back, followed by a 3 mile run off the bike.
Saturday June 8th:
7-10am: Meet at the Bentonville Community Center at 7am for swim workout, Swim workout will go from 7-8am. Immediately following we will jump on our bikes and ride to Pumpkin Hollow Hill for Hill Repeats on the Bike!
4pm: PM Workout begins at 4pm from Inferno Fitness and will be led by Coach Jennifer Bushong. Bring your running shoes and gym clothes! Workout will begin with a 2-4 mile easy run to warm up and follow up with an hour strength session. Immediately following we will head to Whole Hog for a team dinner!
Sunday June 9th:
Run Workout coached by Coach Adam from 8-9am then Open Water Swim immediately following 9:30-10:30am.
